For the purposes of this notice, INFINITI, which carries out activities consisting of the manufacturing, importing, exporting, assembling, and distributing of INFINITI brand motor vehicles and spare parts, may collect personal data from its clients and prospective clients. Such data is treated as strictly confidential to protect your privacy and your right to informational self-determination.

INFINITI only requests the Personal Data necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, which is made available to Clients or Prospective Clients at the time they provide their Personal Data. The Personal Data obtained includes: name, address, phone number(s), email, and other contact information.

INFINITI may also obtain your Personal Data through the following mechanisms:

1. Directly from you (Clients or Prospective Clients), or through third-party service providers contracted by INFINITI.
2. Through its Authorized Dealer Network.
3. When Clients or Prospective Clients visit INFINITI's websites.

Clients and Prospective Clients may access INFINITI’s websites without providing Personal Data. However, to use certain features—such as details about new products and/or services, promotions, marketing campaigns, and customer satisfaction programs—users must register or enter their Personal Data. As part of this voluntary registration, INFINITI may request: name, address, phone numbers, email address, and other data necessary for the operation of such services and/or promotions.

Please note that when Clients or Prospective Clients share Personal Data in public areas of INFINITI websites (e.g., chat rooms or bulletin boards), such Personal Data may be viewed and used by others, without any responsibility on the part of INFINITI.

1. For Clients
   INFINITI will use Clients’ Personal Data for the following purposes:
   1. to validate the vehicle warranty,
   2. to provide an INFINITI product and/or service,
   3. to inform about service campaigns,
   4. for after-sales and customer service activities,
   5. to carry out marketing and promotional activities,
   6. to offer products, services, and information about INFINITI and its business partners,
   7. to perform statistical and market analysis,
   8. to keep records updated,
   9. to invite clients to events and test drives,
   10. to share promotions and launches, and to maintain communication for ongoing business relations.
   The primary purposes that give rise to the relationship are those listed in (i), (ii), (iii), and (iv). The purposes listed in (v)–(x) are not essential to maintaining the legal relationship.
2. For Prospective Clients
   INFINITI will use Prospective Clients’ Personal Data for the following purposes:
   1. to carry out general marketing and promotional activities,
   2. to offer products, services, and information about INFINITI and its business partners,
   3. to perform statistical and market analysis,
   4. to invite them to events and test drives,
   5. to share promotions and launches,
   6. to keep records updated and maintain communication for business follow-up.
   The primary purpose for processing Prospective Clients’ information is marketing, advertising, and prospecting. At any time, you may request to be removed through the mechanisms detailed below.

INFINITI may transfer Clients’ and Prospective Clients’ Personal Data to all INFINITI Group companies worldwide, to third-party service providers with whom it has a legal relationship, and to its Authorized Dealer Network. INFINITI may also disclose Personal Data when required by law or to recognize, exercise, or defend a right in legal proceedings.

Personal Data may be processed inside or outside of Mexico; in the latter case, data processing will be subject to the applicable legislation of the country to which the data is transferred. As part of INFINITI’s growth, there may be occasions when INFINITI buys or sells business units. In such cases, INFINITI may transfer Personal Data to ensure continuity of services and product experience.

INFINITI is committed to safeguarding the security of Clients’ and Prospective Clients’ Personal Data. Various physical, administrative, and technological security measures have been implemented to protect data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing. INFINITI also has information security policies and procedures, and its third-party service providers are required to comply with them.

Clients and Prospective Clients may at any time exercise their ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition) regarding their Personal Data held by INFINITI.

To exercise ARCO Rights, the following must be included in the request:

1. Full name of the data owner and contact information for response.
2. Documents proving identity or legal representation.
3. Clear description of the data for which ARCO rights are being exercised.
4. Any other element that helps locate the data.

If submitted by someone other than the data owner, a power of attorney signed before two witnesses must be provided, along with copies of official IDs.

INFINITI will respond within the terms set forth by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Articles 28–35).

At any time, Clients and Prospective Clients may revoke the consent granted to INFINITI, as long as the data is not necessary to maintain the legal relationship with INFINITI.

INFINITI works with its Authorized Dealers to comply with applicable data protection laws and provides them with guidance regarding their obligations. However, Authorized Dealers are independent entities, and INFINITI is not responsible for how they process Personal Data. Each time Clients or Prospective Clients provide data to an Authorized Dealer, the Dealer must provide a Privacy Notice in compliance with applicable legislation.

While browsing INFINITI websites, cookies are used to automatically collect information such as:

1. Date and time of access.
2. Daily number of visitors per section.
3. Date and time of the user's last visit.
4. Content preferences selected during the first visit.

This information helps INFINITI adapt and improve services to user interests. Users may disable cookies in their browser if they prefer.

INFINITI reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential updates, as well as technological advancements. In such cases, INFINITI will announce that the most recent version of this Notice will be available on our website: www.infinitipr.com

INFINITI makes available its Personal Data Department, responsible for receiving, recording, and handling requests related to ARCO rights, limiting the use or disclosure of data, and other rights provided by law.
